Hi, this complaint is an extension to my previous complaint. I asked my mortgage company ( caliber ) to do me a loan modification more than 10 times and they promised to do it and so far ( about 5 months now ) I did not even received the loan modification application yet. My monthly income have been reduced because of covid and I need a lower monthly payment so I can resume payment.
