I write in an effort to request dispute, suppression, block and removal of all fraudulent accounts on my credit report. I just found out that someone used my personal and financial information without my permission to buy things with credit cards, get new credit cards in my name, obtain auto loans and other kinds of loans. The identity thieves have used my name, address and Social Security number to open fraudulent accounts. Following my awareness of the fraudulent accounts, I completed an identity theft report. The identity theft report is attached hereto. Specifically, the referenced accounts are fraud and the results of me being a victim of identity theft. Thus, it should be blocked from appearing on my credit report. Please take notice that my credit report shows erroneous information as for as names, addresses, phone numbers and employers are concerned.
