I have disputed the bankruptcy on my credit report multiple times and the credit bureaus refuse to remove it. Each credit bureau has rated that the information has been verified with the courts. The courts have informed me that they did not verify a bankruptcy filing with any credit bureau. I demand that the credit bureaus immediately remove the bankruptcy as they knowingly provided false information and therefore are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. They have not verified a bankruptcy with the courts Should they continue to insist that the information is verified, provide name, address, and contact information for the data furnisher in writing. I will then take legal action against the fraudulent furnisher of this information
