On XXXX XXXX, 2021, I tried to make an Online Dispute with Equifax, but their website is " down. '' On XXXX XXXX, 2021, Equifax reported my credit as Serious Delinquency and Time Since Delinquency is Too Recent or Unknown to a third-party, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This is a false and defamatory statement. Equifax states on my current credit report, that ALL my current and past installment, revolving, and mortgage accounts have NO LATE PAYMENTS. Equifax further reports on my credit report there are no Bankruptcy or Collections. How can Equifax report No Negative information on my credit report, but also tell a vendor, ( in this case, XXXX XXXX XXXX, that my credit is Seriously Delinquent? This is wrong and must cease. As a matter of fact, XXXX reports my FICO as XXXX a Very Good credit rating. XXXX reports that all my payment history is EXCEPTIONAL. I want Equifax to stop erroneously reporting and misrepresenting my good credit standing. I appreciate your time in considering my request and look forward to your response.
