My Venmo account was frozen, not useable for credit or debit transactions, in XX/XX/2021. Initially Venmo could not provide a reason for the freeze but after about 4-weeks identified the problem transaction, which ended up being unauthorized and was refunded back to the originating institution, yet for some inexplicable reason my account remains frozen despite my repeated requests for Venmo to thaw my account, which is now partially frozen but in a discriminatory manner, accepting a credit transaction for {$100.00} on XX/XX/2021 no problem, but still un-useable for debit transactions as of today, XX/XX/2021.
