To whom it may concern This is in regards to XXXX the who will be known as the " original creditor ''. The original creditor before transferring my loans to XXXX has five reporting accounts on my reporrt. These accounts a riddled with error and mistakes. Keep in mind that these account come from the same original creditor there are several mistake you will see in the documents that i have attached to this complaint Some of the errors or reporting an account with two different loan numbers that originally have two different loan amounts. Reporting no balance when this is one and reporting a {$0.00} balance when there isn't one. Also the High balance is incorrect with All three credit bureaus reporting different amount. Lastly i am apart of a Class Action Law Suite where XXXX has pushed me into a bad loan repayment program and as a result of the pandemic i was unable to maintain payments. They marked me late and that reflected on my credit report before the loan was transferred to XXXX.
