My name is XXXX XXXX there is no third party involved. I am submitting this complaint on behalf on myself. I sent a letter about validation of debts. Consumer reporting agency have not carried out their responsibility ordered under the law. They are in violation of 15 US Code1692 ( g ) ( a ) ( 5 ). I request for them to send the original documents from creditor. They have not provide no information to me about no original document I have sign. Section 611 ( a ), it is explain that an inability to explore these things inside 30 days gives motivation to quickly removed those items from my credit report. It has been more than 76 days so they have to deleted promptly. I request these accounts be deleted promptly or I will petition for prosecution because of the pressure that you caused me.
