I took a loan of about $ # XXXX for my son 's education and paid some of the loan and an amount of {$5600.00} became past due. The Company ( NAVIENT SOLUTIONS LLC ) contacted me for payments many times. After a while I started making payment by checks to through my XXXX Bank account XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts. I paid up all the past due balance. After I completed the payments to Navient, I got a call and a " bill '' from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX claiming to collect on the debt that have already been paid. I called both Navient and XXXX to let them know the debt has been paid in full and yet XXXX continues to call and bill me for the debt. They also continue to report the debt on my credit report which is not accurate.
