On XX/XX/XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX I submitted two separate applications for a credit card because an affiliate said I had good to excellent chances for being approved ( XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I have not missed any payment since XXXX and I have also resolved 2 accounts that were sent to collections in XXXX. My XXXX report shows that the XXXX account that was settled in XXXX and was transferred to XXXX. XXXX shows that had been satisfied and closed ; However, my XXXX report shows the account in delinquency and does not show the servicing transfer to XXXX where I paid the account in full. The credit analyst did not even bother to see the discrepancies on my report. Additionally, AMEX stated the reason for denial was : 1 ) Too many credit card accounts on which, in our estimation, you have not paid a majority of the balance in recent months. ( XXXX ) This is completely a lie, if you look at my XXXX Report it shows that not a single student loan or active credit card has been payment late. I have been making my payments on time since XXXX. 2 ) The maximum utilization on your credit card account ( s ) is too high ( XXXX ). Too high? I pay off my credit card bills every month on their due date. Are you serious? Currently, I am using 20 % of my utilization XXXX $ XXXX out of & XXXX ) XXXX ) You have a serious delinquency on one or more of your accounts. I have a 100 % payment history since XXXX. Are you serious? I dont have a single account in delinquency. 4 ) The ratio of revolving account balances to their credit limits is too high. My ratio is 20 % and is going down every month. What are you talking about?!? DO BETTER AND FIX THIS!
