In XX/XX/2020, I enrolled in Covid relief and was approved. In XX/XX/2020, I was charged late fees. I started making minimum payments that I could make, which was approved through company but late fees were still assessed each month. I noticed late fees in XX/XX/2020. I asked why late fees when I had been making minimal payments, which were approved. I was told even though they accepted minimum payment, I still had past due which will incur a late fee each month. No waiving of late fees could be approved. I changed the payment amount to {$150.00} per month and still incurred late payment fees of {$40.00} a month. At this time, I have over {$400.00} in late fees even though I have made a payment each month. So frustrating! COVID hit my family hard. I tried to keep my card afloat to replace my score from dumping and this company screwed me.
