I made a purchase that I had a transaction with. I opened a dispute since the merchant would not resolve things. After a few days, the merchant changed their mind and refunded me. I went to my bank and withdrew my dispute. Paypal then thinks I was refunded twice and STEALS {$110.00} USD from my account. I called Paypal and they claim my bank got the refund twice. I called my bank and they said this is false. I only got 1 refund and now paypal STOLE the refund money from my account. My credit card statement shows I only got 1 refund.
