I am an individual with a XXXX XXXX that I file on my personal tax return. The business name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contracted with my bank, PNC Bank for a XXXX point of sale system. Since the beginning XXXX has been nothing but problems. Most recently, my system will not connect to wifi via a standard wifi hotspot. I followed the instructions of PNC 's third party vendor, XXXX to do a factory reset of my device, causing me to lose sales saved in the device and not synced to the bank. I am tired of the bank punting me to XXXX who is clearly incapable of resolving the rpoblem.
