XXXX 2021 Chime Credit Card company reported a XXXX dollar balance I paid which they reported it to the credit builder and affected my credit. The time frame to pay it arrived and I already paid the amount. I made a report about it. This month they failed to notify consumers they were closing out statements on XX/XX/2021 instead of the XXXX which is the end of the month. They changed their due date and decreased the amount of time people have to pay their off balances. It is understood that they can change their due dates but proper notification should be required consumers can make informed decisions about their spending habits. I have other credit cards their due dates change but they notify in advanced not change it and give approximately 1 day to pay. That is a unfair practice and it needs to be resolved.
