In XX/XX/2017 I checked my credit report and seen I had two collections from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, CA. and a Debt Collector by the name of Rash Curtis and Associates had the Collections. I contacted Rash Curtis and Associates about this matter to inform them that these debts were not mine and I've been a victim of Identity Theft. I asked them to research my whereabouts because I live in Alabama and that's where I was in these debts took place. The Associate at Rash Curtis and Associates didn't say much and hung up the phone. I've tried to dispute these charges from XXXX a few times but nothing is being done about it. The debts still remain on my Credit Reports to this day.
