I tried to pay my balance of XXXX to my capital one credit card account from XXXX not knowing that they do not do Anch transfers I received a notice that my account had been closed because the transfer didnt go through I used my other account to make the payment but capital one is saying they closed my account because of fraud when nothing was fraudulent both accounts are in my name and I have bank statements to prove it I called and told them they placed me on hold and never transferred me to anyone
