XXXX reported a collection initiated in XXXX under the name CREDIT COLLECTION SERVIC. In XXXX I was 15 years of age. XX/XX/XXXX on my XXXX birthday I pulled my credit report and noticed my name attached to the wrong birthday ( XX/XX/XXXX ) along this fraudulent collection. This has caused me hardship and denial of credit based on fraud information ( 15 USC 1038 ). Based on all violations I have attached my invoice.
