On XX/XX/21 as a 20+ year customer of the First Technology Federal Credit Union I went to the " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' at XXXX Urban Plaza, # XXXX, XXXX XXXX WA XXXX to request my card to be re-pinned. Both the employee in the lobby and the branch manager stunningly asked me to exit the premises on the grounds that my face was not covered. I informed the branch manager of medical exemption laws and those that prohibit unlawful discrimination. The bank manager even proposed conducting the re-pinning in the public area outside! I informed him that what he proposed was preposterous since it would be highly insecure to share private banking information there. Does the CFPB support banking institutions which put unlawful roadblocks in the way of customers who want access to their capital?
