Transunion XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, PA XXXX To whom it may concern, Under 15 U.S. Code 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written permission of the consumer to whom it relates. I, XXXX XXXX never gave Transunion any written consent to report anything on my consumer report, No consent is Identity Theft. A copy of the law is attached with this dispute letter. Concerning the accounts listed below as a consumer I am demanding a deletion of these accounts. This letter was sent to Transunion onXX/XX/2021. They received this letter on XX/XX/2021 which they have not yet responded to nor have they deleted said account in letter from my consumer report. I have never given Transunion any written consent nor can they provide any proof of me giving consent to report anything on my consumer report. No consent is identity theft, which is a violation of 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ).
