On closed accounts, this is the problem I'm having with Wells Fargo as a credit card company there trying to shut down the means of complaining after I shut down the credit card. I believe this techniques is being passed on to other banks, the problem with this is they can send the derogatory information instantly to my credit report and to me personally through the mail an email. And then they will accuse me of not caring about, and being slothful towards account. I've been using email to respond to them immediately when they do something wrong. I believe that is illegal I need answers to this this question if I need to go legal route I will.
