Capital one flagged my account for fraud because I received a loan from the SBA. Im a sole proprietor and have been a private XXXX since XX/XX/2015. SBA says since my business is conducted in my name and SSN I can use a personal checking account. I also have an EIN number. Which Ive provided capital one with my ein, XXXX tax returns. Sba promissory note and 1099 for the last 3 years. They have froze not only my checking account but my savings account and will not give me a time frame of the on going investigation. Furthermore they have said they plan on giving sba back my funds but according to my bank account my funds came from a lender. Fraud department says they only thing I can do is leave a voicemail to a fictitious number or email in my documents which I have 4-5 different times
