On XX/XX/28 XXXX charged my account for {$51.00}. I did not authorize this charge. I talked to the company in a chat and they said they were unable to help and to call another number. I called my bank and they told me they were going to charge me {$8.00} to fix the issue. Why am I being charged to correct an issue I didnt authorize? It makes no sense how they can be like we will only try and get your money back if you pay us a fee.Any other bank would have just fixed the issue. They keep nickel and dime me every second they get. The lady told me to call back during regular business hours if I want to try to get the fee reversed. They love to make people jump through hoops and then not take care of issues.Now I am going to have to open a new bank account so I dont have to worry about charges coming through that I didnt make.
