On XX/XX/2021 I had to sign over our deed back over to Vanderbilt Mortgage. After I and XXXX asked for a loan to improve the house for placing an foundation under our house mobile home to improve the value of the property from XXXX to the estimated price of XXXX the mortgage is making us pay. Now we are having to get evicted from the home we dearly love on XXXX. We're having to go to court for eviction on XXXX. We have nowhere to go and we just now received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Representative of Vanderbilt Mortgage on XXXX which was mailed out to us on XXXXto try to help us find a place to move to if indeed and I are evicted today!? Please help us with this issue and matter okay? Thank you very much for your help and assistance in this matter of grave importance.
