On or around XX/XX/2021, I noticed an account was opened at XXXX under my name and identity. The account was open fraudulently. I went to XXXX and notified them, did a police report, filed an FTC Identity Theft complaint, and placed a fraud alert on each of the 3 credit bureaus. Ever since XX/XX/2021, I have been going to XXXX and letting them know of the issue, asking for their help in resolving the problem. On XX/XX/XXXX, I sent a formal letter to XXXX on the matter, and provided copies of my SS, Driver 's License, FTC Complaint. As of today, nothing has been resolved, and the account still shows up under my name and in my credit files. XXXX has never contacted me back on the matter.
