On XX/XX/XXXX, I booked a trip on XXXX. When I got my itinerary, I saw that they had changed my airlines. As soon as I saw the discrepancy, I started to try to contact all parties involved for up to three days, then on the fourth day, I filed a dispute with my credit card which is Capital One. They filed it, but they were told the tickets were non refundable. It would have been fine if I had booked this but I did not choose what I was given. The trip was not planned until XXXX, so it is not like I canceled at the last minute. Well both airlines refused the claim and told my credit card to tell me to just accept the flight credit. This is not acceptable since I did not choose these two airlines but neither airlines nor Capital One will listen. XXXX XXXX basically told me they have taken my money and will not let me fly and Capital One said that it is too bad. Now the Spirit airline is saying I have a flight credit, which I do not want because they dont even fly out of my area, but it has been a month and a half and I still have not gotten anyone to talk to. Capital One tells me that is too bad. The first flight money I lost was XXXX bucks and the one I trying to dispute with no luck is XXXX bucks. I do not think I should be stuck with this but the company will not do anything else, nor can I get anyone on the phone that knows what is going on.
