On XX/XX/2021 I reached out to New American Funding regarding Verification and Proof of Verification that this company had authorization to run my credit. To date I have not received a response that aligns with the Fair Credit Report Act or that they had a written consent to run my credit multiple times. At no point did I give any of their representatives permission to run my credit and they have no proof as such. I requested XXXX XXXX and XXXX to prove proof of this as well and have received only a generic letter stating that New American Funding has " verified as accurate ''. How can New American Funding verify to the credit bureaus this information as accurate but can prove me no proof with my consent this information is true and correct after multiple times contacting the company.
