The company Capital One Bank USA N has took action against me in hurting my consumer credit report by reporting wrong information. They are attempting to collect {$2700.00} dollars. They have continue to report charge off to my account. the company took action in calling every day of XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX to attempt collect a debt owned to them, harassing and using aggressive tone matter on me, during a time where i was injury at work mentally and physically by court order for the XXXX to XXXX year. I ask them to please stop calling me till further notice, which violated my consumer rights under section 15 U.S.C 1692 having a debt collector harass, or use tactics that include trying to collect a debt. This issue should be resolve as it has step me from getting consumer credit, and have tarnish my credit report information.
