In XX/XX/2020 I tried to thaw my credit freeze at Equifax. I was unable to access my account online ; and was requested to call. I did so, and was unable to get access to my credit account. I was verbally told to mail or fax my request with proof of my identity. I mailed the information certified as requested. I did not nor have not received any response from Equifax. I am unable to access my credit report either online, by phone or in writing. I subsequently was unable to finance a new vehicle ; and had to purchase a brand that used the other credit agencies. My credit score is and has been over XXXX. I was able to thaw and refreeze my credit at XXXX XXXX and XXXX without any problem. Please require Equifax to allow access to my account ; and at least respond to my requests. Thank You.
