I recently received a copy of my credit report from XXXX and XXXX and i immediately realized a host of violations on each report. The collection accounts listed below are in direct violation to FCRA laws 15 U.S.C 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) stating that its the credit reporting agencies grave responsibility to respect the consumer 's right to privacy and i feel rights were violating with these collections on my my credit report : XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX .... XXXX XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX The credit reporting agencies were also in violation of law 15 U.S.C 1681 ( b ) ( 2 ) stating that reporting agencies are to furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates! No reporting agency had any written consent to furnish these accounts on my behalf and that is identity theft!
