Submitted a complaint for a late payment showing on my credit union account ( XXXX - opened XX/XX/XXXX. Payment in question is XXXX, XXXX. Transunion said this information was verified accurate. They wont provide me method of verification, they claim thats not their responsibility, but according to FCRA section 611, they are supposed to send me that method within 15 days. Ive explained this to their special escalations department, and they claim to have no knowledge of this. I spoke with XXXX & a XXXX and they both claim thats not Transunions duty under the law. They are willing fully & negligently breaking the law & violating my rights as a consumer.
