On XXXX I, XXXX XXXX sent a FTC report letter regarding inaccurate and unknown things on my credit report. I AM A VICTIM OF IDENTITY THIEFT. POLICE REPORT and COURT CASE ATTACHED I feel I am being taken advantage of and being ignored. Section 605 ( B ), it is plainly stated that a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt by such agency. It has been well over 4 days, so they should be block and deleted promptly. I demand these accounts be blocked and deleted immediately or I will file for ligation due to the stress you caused me. My information is also impacted by the Equifax data breach and my have gotten into the hands of the wrong person. I, XXXX XXXX give you FULL PERMISSION to move forward with this investigation. I have attached my driver license and social security number to let you know this is in fact XXXX XXXX giving you permission.
