I am writing this letter because I recently checked my Consumer Report and I noticed that some errors and inaccuracies reporting. I have been impacted in a negative way because of the Equifax Data Breach. Also, the collection companies that are involved failed to notify me 5 days it report on my consumer reports. According to 15 USC 1692g validation of debt, the collection agencies my rights were violated. My privacy has been violated as well. Another thing is that I mailed this to them XX/XX/2021 and Its XX/XX/2021 and I have not received a letter from them and they have not issued a notice of dispute on the accounts and its well over 30 days. This has been haunting me for a few years but Im just realizing what the issue is thats hurting and its very frustrating and depressing. As a result I cant get reasonable insurance or a place stay because of this.
