In XXXX and XX/XX/2021, I made XXXX attempts to initiate a dispute with TransUnion against unauthorized inquires on my credit file. After making phone calls and writing a letter, I submitted two complaints to CFPB informing them that TransUnion deliberately refuses to investigate disputes against inquiries. As a follow up to my complaint with CFPB, TransUnion has reached out to me by providing a letter explaining the " Explanation of Inquiries on Your Credit Report. '' They have not offered me a remedy on how to dispute any inquiries on my credit report. TransUnion is the only credit reporting agency which does not allow the consumer to dispute inquiries on their report. Currently, there is a class action lawsuit being brought against TransUnion for this same issue. I am now providing supporting documentation for a newer complaint which will show the webpages where TransUnion allows the consumer to dispute credit account information BUT NOT INQUIRIES. Nowhere listed on their website can anyone select " dispute '' for inquiries. TransUnion 's letters to me in response to my multiple requests for an inquiry dispute did not answer my request for a dispute but avoided the issues I brought forth repeatedly. I have attached two copies of letters I received from TransUnion on XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021 as well as a copy of the webpages from XX/XX/2021 showing NO option to dispute any inquiry. The word " DELETE '' is next to each item that is to be disputed, however this option is not listed under the " inquiries '' section of the dispute pages. This is a violation of the FCRA.
