This is XXXX XXXX XXXX I have tried this before and you sent me mail saying this isn't me but i guess i will try again. I have been trying to get these false information off of my credit report since XXXX. They are still reporting this stuff and severely hurting my credit. I have reached out to everyone i can possibly contact from the debt collectors to the credit agencies and nobody has been able to validate the debts or even update me on whats going on. I am so stressed out everyday checking to see if they email me or remove anything from my report but it has been a nightmare every since i saw this stuff. The debts are not mine. I have the same name as a family member and my information was compromised in the XXXX and XXXX data breach so i don't know what is really going on. The yare violating the fair credit reporting act it has been over 65 days and i'm still suffering this nightmare. Please get them to react to my disputes.
