XXXX XXXX loan # XXXX with AmeriHome Mortgage my payment is due on the XXXX of XXXX, like every other month ive payed my payment by phone, this last month I was admitted into a detox and recovery facility out of XXXX Ca for a stay of 30-45 days. during this time I have made several attempts to make my payment through my Bof A edd account and for some reason or another even though the money is in my account once the payment leaves the bank with XXXX XXXX XXXX which it shows my mortgage company amerihome returns my payment for one reason or another and at this current time has started to send my late noticed with a late fee added to my account as delinquent. as in good faith I've notified the mortgage company by letter head asking them and notifying them of my current situation if there is anything possible that can be done to reassure me of my hardship. i have every intention of paying my payment and carrying on my responsibility as a borrower and have every intention and well to do whatever it takes to get this right before it affects my credit as a borrower. thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX Ca XXXX
