Equifax is reporting a closed student loan account over 180 days past due. I have had my student loans consolidated and they are reporting in good standing. The open consolidated student loan account ends in XXXX is in good standing. Equifax is reporting an account that ends in XXXX as currently closed but has an active date of XX/XX/XXXX but it's been closed since XX/XX/XXXX and my loans have been consolidated for over a year. There is no history of payments provided either to show I was over 180 days late. I have tried submitting a dispute to get the account removed and Equifax commented this account is not currently reporting on my Equifax credit file and it is. It's not been updated nor Equifax didn't investigate this. They are reporting inaccurate information because it's not showing the history of the account and it's clear the account is on my report. I have attached my credit report, the letter that I sent to Equifax, and their investigation results.
