Credit Collection Services is reporting an account on my credit file that needs to be removed. I recently took a look at my credit and noticed this account. I called and immediatley settled this account since I was not aware about any collections on file for myself. This account got settled but I was never given a 30 day right do dispute notice on this account. This is a violation under the FCRA and the FDCPA and for that I ask that they provide me with a deletion letter. I am aware that Credit Collection Services has the ability to remove any accounts since they are the furnisher. I have settled the debt and am now asking for a deletion letter to the bureaus stating this account should be removed from my credit file.
