On XX/XX/2021 I the consumer reviewed my consumer reports and found the following violations. Pursuant to 15 usc 1681b - Permissible purposes of consumer reports - any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. I the consumer have never given any of the consumer reporting agencies known as XXXX TRANSUNION, XXXX any written instructions about the consumer reports listed in my name, which is a violation of 15 usc 1681b ( 2 ). Pursuant to 15 usc 1681c ( 4 ) they are also civilly liable for placing collection accounts on my consumer report. I am demanding they remove the alleged debt from my consumer reports remit payments to me for violations and apologize. Each consumer reporting agency was sent by certified mail, a written statement, a copy of the law that was violated, and a copy of my consumer report.
