I contacted PHH Mortgage on XXXX informing them about acc number change for my automatic payment withdrawal.. Gave all information of new account number including account number and routing number .. Fully knowing it would take a while to input new information into their system I NEVER ever told the employee not to withdraw XXXX s payment from old account .. Someone at that bank made that decision for me .. When I noticed payment was not withdrawn I contacted them wanting to know who made that decision for me .. They are looking into that but I did not still receive an answer two months later.. That decision sent my account into downhill spiral.. They are instead of providing me an answer sending me a bill for XXXX XXXX late charges and threatening to report me to credit rating company.. I have since send in 3 payments one of which they deposited on XX/XX/21 ... I wrote to them ... called them numerous times .. as they are still working on it .. Only response from them is late charge and threatening.. I do hope you can help me ..and thank you in advance.
