I sent a death validation letter on XX/XX/XXXX requesting copies of agreements with the client the grants them to collect a debt signed agreement with the debtor yeah that I have a contract all obligation to pay the debt collector any agreement the bear signature of myself to pay the creditor all statements why the account was open. I also requested the name and address of the ledge predator the name on fall of the ledge debtor alleged account number address on file for the lodge debtor amount of the alleged at the date to do that became payable the date of the original delinquency, And stating they had 30 days to return the information to me.All I received back from them was a letter stating that their information was correct, they did not send any proof of the debt, I also did not get that letter till today which is the XXXX XXXX XXXX
