The Truck was in the business name I was a signer on the loan. The Truck was stolen and reported to the XXXX XXXX sheriff 's office. Ally told the Person who stole the truck if he makes payment on it and gets the business in his name he can keep it. I had insurance and Gap on the Truck when this all took place. the person who stole the Truck XXXX XXXX XXXX department was there when the truck got totaled. they did nothing to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I haven't got a single word from ALLY why this is still on my report when it was totaled had GAP and Insurance. Please help me out. this is not my debit at all.
