BAM XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX will not allow me to withdrawal my assets from my account. I am locked out of trading, ( buying and selling assets ) and even just being able to access my funds. I have submitted numerous tickets to the company with no reply. On XX/XX/2021 I submitted complaint ticket # XXXX. Also on XX/XX/2021 I made test USD deposit of {$620.00} which there is proof of deposit and amount left after the deposit was less - {$100.00} I really would just like withdrawal access of my funds. I have done nothing wrong. As of today XX/XX/2021 my account standing is {$25000.00} that I have absolutely no access to. Thank you for all your help and support!!
