Actions taken by me : In XX/XX/2021, I became aware of this collection by NCB Management on my credit report. I had received no letters, phone calls, or any other forms of communications from NCB Management pertaining to this account. The alleged debt 's original creditorXXXX XXXX / XXXX XXXX has never ever been on any of my credit reports as a credit account. There was never a credit inquiry for the alleged debt. In XX/XX/2021, I had sent a debt validation letter to NCB Management. ( see attached letter ). In early XX/XX/2021, I had a letter stating that they failed to validate the debt, as they had not responded to the debt validation letter. In late XX/XX/2021, NCB Management responded 45 days later. NCB Management responded with what appears to be an online application, loan history, and payment history. The information contained fraudulent information, such as a fraudulent address in Michigan, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MI 3which I have never used nor lived at in my entire life. Upon receipt of response, I called and spoke with XXXX XXXX to inform him the debt was not mine and he argued with me. I followed up with an Identity Theft Report, once I found other fraudulent items opened in my name. The other fraudulent issues have been resolved. NCB Management has been taking their time on this matter. Additionally, NCB management has mail being forwarded from their XXXX, PA address to their XXXX, PA address, which is delaying mail even further. I have also highlighted the issue for the CFPB to see on the attached information received from NCB Management.
