We took a personal Loan from Upgrade. The loan was for {$8000.00}. {$2000.00} was sent to one of our Credit cards. {$1300.00} was sent to us. {$4500.00} was to go to a Credit Card, they never received the payment. We have contacted Upgrade weekly for 2 months and are told they can't find the Payment. We took the Loan on XX/XX/2021.
