Gemini allowed my account to be funded despite it being under Pending Verification status. This status does not allow users to withdraw money in their Gemini accounts. This issue creates a somewhat Frozen account where the user is unable to withdraw funds but can somehow still add funds to make purchases. This feels highly illegal as you should not be able to add funds in the first place if your account is pending verification. I have tried contacting customer service so many times and I have received no answer yet in over a month. I have called the company as well and they re direct you to customer service. I am unable to access the funds in my account and need the money.
