On XX/XX/2021 an unauthorized transaction for {$1600.00} at XXXX and {$650.00} at XXXX was charged to my account. The amount is fraudulent, I did not authorize the transactions. The day the activity happened I forgot my wallet at the gas station after getting gas. When I realized what I did I went back to get my wallet and when I got there my wallet was left there but my cards and ID was missing along with the little bit of cash I had in my wallet. Yes I was able to transfer money from one card to another because on the app whether I have a physical card or not your app allows us to see our card information. So I was able to do that as soon as I noticed my card was missing from my wallet. And of course it wasnt no fraud alert on my card because I instantly requested another card. I reached out to my bank and they denied my dispute. Than I sent a rebuttal letter along with a police report and they still declined my dispute.
