This will be my 4th time filing a complaint against Pentagon Federal Credit Union for charging me their attorney fees XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MI XXXX THE ATTORNEY IS NAME XXXX XXXX RULE BAR # XXXX this have been going on for quite some time and this will be my 4th request. The first report was filed on XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX and XXXX. Because of the location of my home I am constantly being harass by the bank, builders and brokers to sale. I believe there is someone that work at the bank that is responsible for the harassments. I want it to stop. The fee that this attorney is requesting from my Chapter XXXX attorney for me being late on my XXXX Payment is {$290.00}. I just buried my mother XXXX, uncle XXXX and aunt XXXX all from COVID-1i9. I do not have any extra money to pay Pentagon Federal Credit Union. In addition to the fees when I go to the office in person each month to pay my mortgage the payment is made with a cashier check and deposit in my savings account. The payment sits and they do not transfer the payment to my mortgage because they want me to be late. I can only make my payment on the XXXX of each month and they were demanding the XXXX. I need help and I need them to STOP charging me additional fees that are unethical, If I am in a chapter XXXX how can I afford there attorney fees? When I call no one will speak to me on the phone because I am in a chapter XXXX. No one will help me not even the person that is assigned to help me. I have called no return call no answer. I've visited the office when making payments and no help! But they can charge me attorney fees. I honestly feel that the Bank Attorney, Chapter XXXX Attorney and the Chapter XXXX Trustee are all involved.
