I've tried to fix these issue that are showing up on my account. I had identity Theft happen which I notified the credit bureaus, the police department, and the creditor as well. I have been trying to get this resolved for over a year in a half.I tried to provide information to the three credit bureaus and I have been unsuccessful. The creditor tried to take me to garnish my wages in which I was successful in court that I am not at fault and creditor did not do the things necessary to communicate this debt was mind. I was found not responsible for any liability of debt when came to repossession on my credit report. The person also tried to open accounts in my name and also default on two credit card. I hope that the copy of the police report, credit affidavit, court documentation, will be enough evidence to release me of these items that are hurting my credit. XXXX refuse to acknowledge the evidence and remove this item off my credit report regarding the repossession. Transunion and XXXX will not remove this collection or inquiry that were also affected by these events
