Rep continued to state this is XXXX from Credit Solutions calling as a follow-up to letter sent in XXXX ( didn't catch exact date ) regarding an outstanding balance. XXXX then asked to verify if speaking w/correct party - did not confirm if I was in fact Ms. " XXXX '' or not before disclosing letter sent on an outstanding balance.
