I received a Verification of Mortgage today, XX/XX/XXXX which indicates " Number of Times past due -1 '' which is not correct ( See document attached ). I was approved for a Forbearance Plan for two months of XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, and then I was approved for an extension for another one month for XX/XX/XXXX XXXX See document from XX/XX/XXXX, and a letter from XX/XX/XXXX attached ). However, these three months, or 90 days, in the Verification of Mortgage stated as " past due ''. Home Point Financial failed to comply with the Forbearance Plan Terms : " As a result of not making any payments on your mortgage during the term of the Forbearance Plan, we will suspend reporting any delinquency ''. This is my second complaint to CFPB about Home Point Financial issues. The first complain resulted in the correction of my statements and my outstanding principal balance. In their response to CFPB Case on XX/XX/XXXX Home Point Financial states all the steps of my mortgage history with them, including approval for the Forbearance Plan for two months and an extension for one more month. ( See document attached ).
