I put in a dispute with XXXX because a excursion took our money and never came and pick us up for the excursion they never answer their phone XXXX had me on the line and could not reach the excursion people by phone either stated i should receive a refund within 72 hours never got it called back 72 hours later they stated it would take another 72 hours never received refund called back stated it will take to the end of the month never got a refund and they will not refund me my money back from XXXX but they couldnt reach them either but we still was not able to get my money back so then I went to chime my bank account and I tried to do a dispute with them they told me that the dispute they stated that the dispute will take 10 days and I waited 10 days I asked for an update never received an update and so when I finally called back a month later they told me it was gon na take 90 days and I still havent heard anything back from them
